PS 76

LORD, shall I fear you?
The fear of the loss of God
At my very core

The nations fear you
The land feared and was quiet (~Psalm 76:8)
What sound might remain

In the silence, praise
In these days remaining, praise
For your goodness, praise

When you rise to judge
I know you will be on time
And your judgement just

Your signs point to yes
Please forgive my nervousness
For Place that's Foretold

We have camped before
Yet I returned craving more
So much more has bloomed

A clockwork ticking
Daughters grow like Tree of Life
You are glorious

Now it seems complete
Is returning all you need
To bring the new age?
