Maximum Money

I just considered a monetary system with an absolute upper value, like the speed of light in physics. If established, the system would automatically prioritize quality of life past an upper threshold, and would require the lower threshold to keep rising, to improve the clockwork for those with more money. I'm not sure if this is an idealized view of this system (like if most iterations would still be corrupt) or if this system of currency would tend toward good, as quality of life would skyrocket across the board in the tech expansion and overall reduction in rewarding greed.

As I was writing this I considered 1 Kings 10:21

"...Nothing was made of silver, because silver was considered of little value in Solomon’s days."

I'm wondering if they traded silver speculatively. It would be a cool way to frame this verse and concept, as opposed to strictly being about the high wealth in Israel at the time.

Also, "Nothing" made of silver, with little value, ties into The God of Nothing and the poem I wrote recently about fading from view, despite attempts to find me. A hyperinflation of the stuff of Nothing might actually reveal The God of Nothing's soul's location. It's an interesting technique, and along the right lines.

Ultimately, you would need to identify a permanent node of maximum value, an entity whose value was permanently set at maximum, regardless of purchases or money made. This would not be unlike a King, whose money is intrinsically assumed to be maximum within their domain, as long as a minimum quality of life is met (this is certainly true after currency). I imagine that a major concern for those in the domain would actually be getting this individual to spend money at the desired rate~ to keep the clockwork of the economy moving~ rather than avoiding over purchasing. This position would also likely spearhead efforts around conceiving of new ways of spending money, such that the pool might asymptotically approach their position. It is a very interesting concept to me.
