"First do no harm, right doctor?"

The fool gulped, stood a little higher, then replied. "I am no fool."

"Time will tell. Do as you will-" 

He drives the knife into the wall beside them.

"-Just realize that I consider a lie, any falsehood really, harm."

The Doctor spoke. A Quippish Betrayal, to lighten the mood.

I hold up my right hand ✋️
"I only respond to Action."

I turn to my priest. "I bet we're the only church laughing right now."

The priest pulls up these very words on his tablet, in a little file on his desktop titled "The Tiny Scroll."

"You'd be wrong. It looks like we have to wait to dispatch this fool until after the opening coin flip."

"That'll be refreshing."

"Oh, definitely. Then we have 'The Nemesis Approaches' as the next scene."

I pull out my knife. "Oh, good. 'Finally.' reply to her."

I pull out my coins as my Priesthood abandons me to the duel.

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
