Measuring light speed

Could you actually measure the one way speed of light, assuming that Einstein's model is accurate? I'm picturing emitting light and a radioactive particle moving at a high percentage of the speed of light at the same time in the same direction. The receiver would no longer need to be remotely checked, but rather the receiver would be braiding the time difference in the arrival of light against the arrival of the particle, combined with the decay of that particle to calculate relativistic effects to reach the same location.

Still considering, but it feels like this method eliminates needing to reverse directions at any point for the measurement.
