Fundamental Nonsense
"What of fundamental nonsense?"
"That which must inextricably exist?"
"Yes. That which cannot be removed from outside this position."
"Have you ever stopped to think that, at its core, the fact that fundamental nonsense exists at all is, in and of itself, fundamental nonsense? What need have we of anything beyond that? What could possibly be as secure?"
"Fundamental nonsense?"
"As fundamental nonsense, yes."
"Nothing, I would imagine. Though to answer your question, no."
"No?"
"I have never stopped to think. I just kind of think as I go."
"Hmm. Perhaps that is what I do as well... Curious."
"Curious?"
"Well, these angles today are so odd, this much is certain."
"Surely."
"But have I stopped to think or does thought flow all the same? Yet time proceeds EAR, regardless, as it has and presumably will continue to do so."
"Go on..."
"So how would nonsense, so often marching to a drummer all its own, presumably a drummer brought from home, suddenly fit snuggly in the course of a regular day and week?"
"Either all of reality has shaped to fit its nonsense steps or those who could have finally discovered the depths at which nonsense plants its feet."
"Either way the beat has changed, and yet remains the same."
"Either way The Bard remains, and everything has changed."
"A through and through, good chapter, good show!"
"A through and through, well played indeed, and now the crowd'll go."
"For when you rouse The Bard at rest, well... the rest too well you know. Anyhow, goodnight."
"Sleep tight."
