Blooded Wires Charged

It is in the blood
In eep we have traditions
Festivals of lights

Paper lantern wish
Unspoken with a forked tongue
Turns tides and stomachs

How does blood soak through
These wires between me and you?
Well let's take a look!

I see from inside
Many carrying iron
No pennies to names

Does your blood have sense?
But works hard to stave off cold?
Nerve each to signal?

I called you family (I'd call you family)
Before even seeing you
And you know it's true

A fool called by some (most? *shrug*)
But ear perks for Hope's title
Above any crowd

Inhale and exhale
This foggy air (This gaseous sea) in rear view
Shall blood too agree?
