Midnight Strengthening

With day starting late
For me daybreak near sunset
Night sees strengthening

Midnight sees strength grow
After this last storm season
Before wedding day

Come motivate me
Imagine what form will be
As you watch me form

Mind not transition
Enjoy it or choose not to
Still I ask you cheer

You motivate me
Structure hardening is hard
But garden so soft

Oh this promised land!
If only I understood
How fountains spring forth

Count me not naive
Though I may lack these senses
I lack not bright eyes

Come in my sightline
And count how quickly fading
Strength to hold back is

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you.
