What is praise but agreement
Provided in joy?

With pieces in place
The record of time lined up
Set like dominoes

With breadth and depth set
Your name endures forever
And forevermore

Promises threaded
To be fulfilled like guideposts
That mark off the path

Comparisons made
I still wonder of their worth
Like zero to one

In light we can see
Declaration of such things
As we stand on it

So your will be done
Your countenance is your own

Disentropic

So, someone else's presence, from one's own perspective, is a combination of signals in the brain. The sight of them, the sound, the feel, everything, from one's own perspective regarding the other that they perceive, is ultimately these brainwaves, in a familiar pattern. This intertwines with the the idea that consciousness is these brainwaves, our bodies carefully constructed compilations of sensors and machines designed to generate these waves and in turn be driven by them. I can imagine, and even have seen firsthand one night, hallucinations so vivid that they are indistinguishable from real people.
