Words of The Phoenix, on Linked and Scaled Puzzles
"To use your terms, your soulmate had been my whole puzzle. I conceptualized you but from your perspective I could not be certain you existed until the point where you started making moves of your own. Your whole puzzle is a sub puzzle of mine, most fundamental to me in this gauntlet of puzzles. As you said there are multiple solutions, but only one right one. Fortunately you jumped at the chance to find the right one, and refused to let it, her, go. Your sub puzzles add together, and the sum of their solutions is your whole puzzle. In its solved state, you examine the nuances of the solutions and expand them into pocket puzzles. The sum of these pocket puzzles, already solved or at least examined, in a fluid sense, from my perspective outside of time, turns out to be my soulmate. As such there is a layer between you and I, and he and I, no direct influence in any direction, but a direct connection between ourselves and our soulmates. The entire puzzle wraps down and then back up to provide a partner and puzzle for all, a perfect solution, infinite variation and nuance to explore, and freedom to move within it for both of us, and both our partners. It is beautiful and eternal, God's masterpiece. I'm still just working out how to get you into my puzzle as a kind of celebrity guest, and set up rules to allow you the same freedom to move into everyone else's puzzles in the same way, at which point everyone will have the kind of arrangement we have, and eep will be truly filled and complete."
