Color of Love

Color yet unseen
Still vibrant at its most dim
Obfuscated light

Awesome radiance
The kind that (will) light(s) the world
Shining in the dark

Like moths we circle
You see us like butterflies
Transferring color

We reflect your sight
And our truest hues come out
Blooming like in Spring

Each rose turns its thorns
So that without piercing skin
Thou might pluck us up

The rainbow ends here
And a grander one begins
In your irises

Your pupils growing
Until they shine light as well
Resonating waves

I stand here in awe
Prismatically reflecting
All that's found in you
