The Escape

We meet by the cars
Level two of the garage
By your apartment

Everything flooded
Underneath your balcony
Crumbling high rise

I make a glider
That can be flown by my strength
And fly us away

To the rocky beach
Where everything was perfect
With the wrong ending

Then the bomb explodes
As I rush to slow down time
Take the right partner

My powers return
Enemies trembling in fear
I'm invincible

Without you, hopeless
So I bring you out with me
Rain on a tin roof

Now it's not a dream
More like a vision of love
Coming to a (head)(point)
