You have searched me, LORD (~Psalm 139:1)
Perceive my thoughts from afar (~Psalm 139:2)
You know all my ways

You know all my words
You lay your hand upon me (~Psalm 139:5)
Great is your knowledge

I'll not flee from you
I make my bed in the depths (~Psalm 139:8)
Still, you join me here

Your hand still guides me
Your right hand will hold me fast (~Psalm 139:10)
Night not dark to you

Your works are wondrous
I am like a child to you
Woven together (~Psalm 139:15)

Precious are your thoughts
How vast is the sum of them (~Psalm 139:17)
I am still with you (~Psalm 139:18)

Enemies away
This is a time for closeness
Between God and I 

I have anxious thoughts 
Search me, God, and know my heart (~Psalm 139:23)
But you can heal them/me

Disentropic

So, someone else's presence, from one's own perspective, is a combination of signals in the brain. The sight of them, the sound, the feel, everything, from one's own perspective regarding the other that they perceive, is ultimately these brainwaves, in a familiar pattern. This intertwines with the the idea that consciousness is these brainwaves, our bodies carefully constructed compilations of sensors and machines designed to generate these waves and in turn be driven by them. I can imagine, and even have seen firsthand one night, hallucinations so vivid that they are indistinguishable from real people. Granted, personally I did not touch these others, but they were visible and plain as day. They acted as if they were real, and spoke audibly; I had no basis to say that they were not real except in retrospect, in the context being broken.
