Fate of The Beasts

The Beasts tried to betray the "chump" Phoenixes, the first actual Betrayal, as clearly defined, of a Son of Man no less. They found that hitting the button the next time melted them, their realms, everything that they considered real. Death did not come; the soup was recycled. This repeat(s/ed) some unknown number of times, over eons of clawing and crawling their way out of soup in Swarm Mode, attempting the same Betrayal, until they learn(ed) their Fucking Lesson, and surrender(ed). Who they will ultimately surrender to is unclear, as I am here, and they are banned.

The following verse repeats in these halls, to get through their thick skulls, one way or another:

Matthew 26:24
"The Son of Man will go just as it is written about him. But woe to that man who betrays the Son of Man! It would be better for him if he had not been born.”

It is rumored however, that Hope edited this verse to be all inclusive: "woe to the one(s) who betray(s) the Son of Man...". Rumors are vicious.
