Utterly Scorned
I just realized, and got a kick out of, that my gear shift to "coming up with a name that is too big to write so that this 'true name' nonsense can be wrapped up" conflicts with, but does not invalidate, Revelation 2:17 "Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it."
It would just end up being a reeeeeaaaallly big stone to actually reach functional infinity and therefore possess the space needed to contain said name. I'm just picturing this stone shattering the image of perfection before the game can end for those compelled to play it. Done correctly this could possibly be done beneath notice, and could make for the basis of a good story. See also:
Revelation 3:5
The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life, but will acknowledge that name before my Father and his angels.
This is making me wonder about the exchange rate between space on a stone and letters on the page...
