I just realized something regarding the nature of consensus within consciousness: If The Doctor is to operate on a conscious and aware entity, they must gain consent (and do no harm). If consciousness can be tangibly defined as collective, and individual, and integrally structured, then consent must somehow be achieved from each of these perspectives, prior to the operation. This becomes especially problematic if we look at things like an automatically contrary perspective within the mix, and the notion that every possible arrangement exists. Essentially if The Word is examined like a database, and God seen like the architect and prime operator, a button is needed, anchored within, that can integrally indicate consent. Once established, a The Doctor would be free to operate, and, as Jesus referenced this role and title (at a minimum indirectly), I imagine all tools and resources would be available.
