Integration: Fallow Fields

The Fields Are Fallow, Alpha (first- I'm beginning a new series) verse of the day:

Exodus 22:18
“Do not allow a sorceress to live." (NIV)
"Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live." (KJV)
"Anyone who has sexual relations with an animal is to be put to death." (That's like a supplement, a continuation if you will, for the verse of the day: Exodus 22:19 (NIV))

Shout out to The Walking Phoenix cap'n n' crew. And to Pedro for being bold enough (to have the cajones, if you will) to play The Bard this late in the game. Have this one, on me (flips a coin).

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
