The Bard, The Witch, and the townsfolk

"Does this seem likely to you? That so easily you found the witch? Do you not hold that these individuals made a pact with the devil? How then would one be found so easily? Is the devil weak and foolish in your impression? Have you not heard the tale of the witch who used the frenzied and suspicious townsfolk to defeat their enemies en masse, before finishing the job?

Jude 1:9 'But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not himself dare to condemn him for slander but said, “The Lord rebuke you!”'"

The townsfolk hardly heeded a word that day. That night is another story.

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
