The sun is rising
On a beautiful morning
Tides so quickly changed

Work started early
And the cleaning has begun
Slowly but surely

Wanted to sleep in
But my love scooching closer
Was felt tangibly

While unbalancing
Someday soon I will find rest
With your skin to mine

So close this distance
As I strive to resonate
Evermore each day

Check off (y)our boxes
And expect me to chime in
Examining well

Deep within I know
Chains reforge with each word penned
Every finger swipe

A bit too early?

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
