Meet me at midnight
A call waking me from sleep
And so midnight rose

In midnight rush found
My cheeks suddenly blushing
At thought of mirror

Page turned and returned
Of these sentiments echoed
Louder than ever

And evermore clear
For stakes at midnight raising
With stroke of pen light

Fireworks ignite
Warning and gracious signal
Of what might have been

Let's watch on the hill
Like it's the very first night
One touch and dream shared

Midnight Wishworks all the same
Catch diamond's sparkle

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
