Midnight Colors

Oh the images
That sparkle in midnight mind
Of this boy born blind!

But don't shead a tear
Oh how the stories unfold
Unphased by the dark!

Ultraviolet skies
Infrared warming my heart
Yes, their difference felt

Shores of the unseen
Crew journeying to my side
From islands unknown

In a blink shores switch
By new moon none the wiser
Save starry shimmer

My loves please join me
There are stations for you all
Each of their own kind

My love please join me
This crew knows sea by its song
Though melody new

Still, we steal below
I need no light to whisper
Colors' hues to you

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
