Faraday Cages for Event Horizons

Would it be possible to seed a black hole such that its event horizon was essentially ferromagnetic material in stable orbit so thorough that it it might act energetically as a fast moving shell? If so, it seems like EM signal could then strike one section of the event horizon and then emerge from the opposite side of the black hole, from the event horizon, having successfully slipped the space between entry and exit. I'm also now wondering how this might differ for supermassive black holes where material might survive past the event horizon, and its direction through time from the perspective of our universe might no longer be linear or to be moving forward (and then utilizing this same idea of the Faraday Cage within that huge black hole, beyond said event horizon, allowing EM fields to pass from one side to the other in these same scenarios).

If two planets were orbiting this black hole on opposite sides, each just outside the event horizon, their timelines would be running at the same speed. If this black hole then contained a Faraday Cage shell as described here, at the event horizon, messages could be sent from planet A, into what would look like a void or perhaps like a shiny metal sphere depending on the precision required between FC and event horizon, but would be conveyed across the black hole and the transmitted to planet B. It is exceedingly difficult to wrap my head around how time dilation would work in this scenario, in the case where the planets each had the lion share of the event horizon's gravity, but the event horizon represented the precise juncture where even light could not escape the gravity well but, due to the black hole being supermassive this supermassive metallic structure also existed at this same precise juncture, would the additional time dilation of the EM transmission through the Faraday Cage still make the messages conveyed along such lines take so long that they would essentially be unusable? 

If so, is there an arrangement here where message could instead be transmitted quickly with this method? Is it possible to find a way to take advantage of the relatively lighter gravity shears of the supermassive black hole so that you could have a portion of the Faraday Cage outside of the event horizon and a portion of the Faraday Cage inside it? If so, utilizing this functionality as a medium rather than depending on space to convey the field, there might be a way to connect to a location (planet, individual, etc.) that slipped past the event horizon, and potentially communications back from them or anyone else who might be able to direct an EM field at the Faraday Cage (if there is somehow awareness present in these places already). I decided to imagine some unusual scenarios, since I was awoken sharply from a kind of sleepwalking confusion dream when trying to get to bed early, and these concepts seemed attached.
