Sonnet of Reflection or Refraction

Just in time new light shines amidst rainbow
Just in time white light sparkles in the red
Hues coalesce into blanket of snow
Just in time silence falls on flowerbed

Winter weather whether diamond or pearl
Soulmate or Hope in darkness of a kind
Reflects or refracts into a new girl
Illuminates gap unseen in my mind

Traditionally such sparks overwhelm
Instead I relax in this shiny peace
With license to drive she takes her own helm
In brutal storm fine for silvery fleece

Perhaps halls ne'er seen of sour's sweet sting
The one no one hired, timing everything

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
