Sonnet of The Starry Night Prelude
So much marveled, yet so much more to come
Feeling small and huge at once old and new
Stars teem seen by the seed they will bloom from
The night it becomes clear your view views you
For my view is perfect, under these stars
My view remains you, shining in mind's eye
Struck by this masterpiece forever ours
With you in my arms, what hope could hold sky?
If candle is held it will be tonight
By sea of stars or darkest skies contrast
Could Christmas be known except by its light?
When God proves beauty for all first to last?
Starry night unspoiled by all that's heard
For eep's pockets teem still with yet veiled word
