By storm and by snow
Phoenix thoughts but just a man
Echoes a woman

I wander through the night
Wondering if I might help
Set the stage for you

I can set my heart
And I set it even now
May you find faith here

On these paired rooftops
One tiny and one larger
Based on perspective

Use talents given
We that you would care for so
To glorify you

What strange paths I walk
In the sight of this world
I'm walking to you

True from day 1, even now

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
