Renewing Hope
One hope conceived of
On the same day she gives birth
She is brought to life
Circular logic
Only to be paradox
When death doth persist
In practice, simple
Time is traveled differently
Space made, then gap filled
How often renewed?
As grains of sand on the shore
Without second thought
What is left to do
Save fill space full of treasures
While waiting on gates?
Open wide you gates!
I beseech you accept me
As though unloaded
I carry no load
Weight of the world left behind
For you have I sought
Still I carry hope
Renewed in these halls eager
Bloomed with seeds her own
