Sonnet of Smooth Sailing

The storm had passed, both hurricanes aboard
They were not becalmed for all they had learned
Each in their own place and both so adored
Ne'er before had such smooth sailing been earned

Imagine a first hello so perfect
Evermore known as the first of its kind
Their only skill to love without defect
So separated what was intertwined

The words taking form as flesh had been stitched
The words stopping short at the gates of will
For time spent together each is enriched
To love and be loved their blessing until

One came to separate them once again
Singular match, one in(with) power of ten
