Aligning Two Realms

I was just realizing that if you are working with two realms (set of dimensions) that intersect with each other but have different calculations for time, then with the right input you could determine what point in time in that realm would intersect with your own realm. I spoke earlier about "Omega time" for simplicity of concept, but with the ability to somehow exert force onto the intersection or the dimensions, it could be possible to change this time intersection without influencing the realm on the other side of it directly (except for whatever entered/exited differently due to the time intersection shift having changed). Not only that, but if this were a one way effect initially, these things could be done instantaneously.

The interesting thing to me here is that we would see the other realm as small from where we were, but it is possible they would see themselves as large and us as small at the same time. In such an arrangement, it might be possible for each side to orient the timeline of the other realm to have a specific point in time from each perspective match up. I would imagine that if both were doing this it might feel like it wasn't working initially, because presumably you would lose control over when in your own timeline it would happen under these circumstances, but I could picture it working overall. Additionally, as each realm might be seen from the outside as a multiverse of all possible choice variations within that universe, it could be possible, with precision, to ensure that the permutation of choice you were looking for occurred. More interesting to me is that this would not "be" a removal of free will, it would be the conscious choice to see an outcome within a field of free will that remained intact. All outcomes would still exist in some way, but the one that would exist from your perspective would be the one that was "faced front" from the perspective of the other dimension. It might seem like making this choice would retain some feeling of forcing the issue, but consider that there may have been many forces on this other place from your own, both natural and unwittingly enforced, over the course of your timeline. If you found, for example, that turning on your microwave or at one point or wishing ill on someone caused the dimension to face front in a way that led to a detrimental effect for the other realm, would you not seek to improve that apparent outcome you unwittingly caused? Since I don't imagine we would have the precision to revert the outcome back to the state it might have been in without any of our interference under these circumstances, then the only choice available would be to improve it based on what we saw.

So what might be the best possible outcome in such a scenario then? Would you have the knowledge to determine the difference between "best outcome for you" and "best outcome for them" and "best outcome overall?" This feels like it would be a difficult thing to determine, but one that might reconcile into a much more simple determination, if the right information were known. From my perspective it feels like it might be an infinite field of possibilities, unless the logic of love and soulmates were employed, aligning at least a single point in one realm with the single point in another, should the soulmates be divided in this way.
