Dreamer's Momentum- Last Christmas

Regarding Doctor Who "Last Christmas"

It makes a kind of wibbly sort of sense that if waking up from multiple dreams in a row in a kind of cascade, you'd gain momentum in a way. What if you kept waking up past where you started, the wishes of dreams forming the landscape around you, would you even know? You might just assume the last dream in line before waking up (read: the realm formally known as "real") was simply a poor reflection of your memory of this place you can clearly recognize now as "real life," as that is the stated nature of how dreams are filled, and logically where else would the information to fill in that once real realm have come from besides this one which is (now) real?.. Granted this has paradoxical potential, but so do most things if you look too closely, and that paradox doesn't seem to disappear if you didn't actually climb one rung above where the ladder started, it just appears in a different realm, just as easily conceived, given well constructed dreams.

Oh those dream crabs, always with their shenanigans- pretending to be there in the first place, then pretending there was one more of them than there was, tricking you into a made up paradise that's more real than where you started *shakes fist*
