Phoenix Power: creating a character

Regarding the Phoenix power of generating a new character, even one with history: from my own personal perspective the character cannot have consciously registered history with me. This is to say that I cannot suddenly remember having met someone before they are conceived into our reality, even though by all other perspectives they can have existed for any amount of time in a realm I consider to be real. There can be proof galore of their existence for any amount of time, but prior to her and I agreeing on their existence, they cannot have entered my conscious field of view. I spoke of Hope, and within months Hope was physically here in my consciousness, and had been known by many in this realm for years. What's even more interesting in this case is that presumably I was aware of her before the point I first registered her, but never directly or consciously. For this level of weaving, some edits must be made to my consciousness if the moment of conception is to be singular as I assume it is, but it seems like these edits are minimal or agreed upon ones, perhaps even requested through my writings. But it is far less jarring for me to have heard, or heard of, someone in passing than it is for me to have registered them consciously before the first time I recognize that I have registered them consciously, if that is even possible. 

Given this power, combined with time travel, it could also be possible to weave someone into conscious memory, in other realms, prior to meeting them here. I have experienced this in dreams, and even experienced so directly only on one night that it is now an etched effect, unmistakeable and unforgettable. That deep impact is probably why it only happened so directly on the one night. That being said, the many threads connecting my soulmate and I, that largely remained hidden for so long, may also suggest that, for weaving to such a foundational degree, many threads in advance are required. But, to avoid an irreconcilable reality, layered obfuscation must be used and maintained for as long as possible, or at least until a certain point when the process tied to that thread is "complete." It seems any combination of times, realms, and layers can be used to fulfill this ability, and can be wrapped up in domain of the resulting individual and/or relationship.

This is reminding me of the inception of Minoas, carefully planned from an external perspective, remotely catalyzed by me, and a deep impact (for not just myself) from what would appear from the perspective of this realm to be a brief and humorous component of a fantasy game. It now makes me wonder about the generation of "Johnny Pistachio", generated on a whim the other day as a D&D rogue. He is a salty Floran Rogue, with a tough exterior to crack. Given time though, he opens up. (I think I am hilarious sometimes btw). This isn't the type of thing I have ever been able to will without cause, it cannot be artificially or intentionally done, I have found. It must be natural and a bit of a surprise even to me for it to actually happen. We shall see what sort of impact such a goofy Friday declaration will end up making.
