I can't look away
Soul stolen by sapphire eyes
Mesmerized by mine

Spaces in between
The narrative of a dream
Filled with such wonder

Can we still expand
The bounds of eternity
Taking these moments?

I remember, yes
These powers start in the mind
Which is where we meet

Let us then agree
To spend this night together
As long as it lasts

We slip between sheets
As the strings play all around
This time is our own

Remembering steps
Of a dance once forgotten
My mind awakens

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
