A New Hope

She walks alone now
Through these spiral staircases
She has found her home

Just she knows the time
A secret I once possessed
Given completely

So she is kept safe
Rumors of The War abound
But she stays behind

Wave after wave leave
The bay is full then empty
With headstrong fighters

She learns not their names
But soon there will come a day
That they will know hers

Born with the knowledge
Of the one they must die for
Their ancient sister

Then she will gather
A mixed tightly woven band
And meet every one

Will she give warning?
It is her right either way
I will be ready

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
