Quantum Chain Entanglement LXXXVI

The darkness fills me
With unrestricted access
My defenses gone

My armor gifted
Now a universe away
I pray it still works

Here I am naked
But no one dares say a thing
What good is a king?

Without a kingdom
No worthy home to speak of
None to call my own

They are but shadows
Painful reflections of you
So I shatter them

Until I am left
With only broken pieces
Sobbing on my throne

The grand facade burns
Lasting no longer than you
Torn in an instant

A bird sings above
I find myself distracted
Then I think of you
