Bard's Song of Separation

The light visited
And the darkness fell in love
Then the light would leave

First the darkness wept
Then raged against the nightmare
Of a lightless life

But the light returned
Despite the storm all around
For better or worse

First they learned to talk
Then they began to listen
To the rumblings

The wall was falling
This was inevitable
So they hatched a plan

Smuggling secrets
First one way, then the other
The final stage set

Then The Bard gathered
The citizens of both realms
For one Final Tune

Jesus Christ is King
The rest is to be revealed
It's a brand new day.

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
