A Sheol journey
Illuminating the grave
Triumphant entry

Jesus lights the way
Providing hope to the dead
Gathering to him

Though some did not know
Others realized their demise
All were shaken up

Hades himself bows
To The LORD's brilliant glory
A strong man's will quelled

For three days he shone
Time moving differently here
As it does in dreams

Establishing law
As it had been meant to be
From the beginning

A new route is set
One that circumvents the rest
Sending to the throne

Even here we thrive
In the bowels of the Earth
Jesus wins all wars

Verdict

I have held this back for long enough. This wicked generation sickens me. This distasteful generation disgusts me. 1,000 generations promised, nonetheless, and so it will be. Did you know that one can build an image of Jesus so clearly in their mind that they will see an idol in his place and feel certain of their eternal fate? A cloned image, without the power of God. Perhaps considered fine, here on Earth, but what of on Judgement Day? How horrific would it be to find out that you have been lied to? How terrifying will it be to hear "I never knew you" in the silence, while you ask the lawyer by your side to proceed? Jesus is not coming for you. You hung him on the cross, you pierced him and left him there in your heart, never even thinking to repay the forgiveness he would ultimately offer.
