Thought Carried Across The Dream Threshold
"Seek, you are found
Knock and the door is open
Ask what is just wrong enough to pour such good, right, and real truth into it."
This thought traveled the threshold with me, along with the vague memory of the last scene, which I feel like had something to do with stitching something up with Mei. This was like a narrative concept physically represented I think such that the pathway/crossroads became symbolic as we stitched. This is even more interesting today as it felt like my brain was trying to generate a visual image, but the image was coming through symbolically instead so it felt like it didn't really fit and instead was showing multiple dim permutations simultaneously; they would try to merge but would instead break apart after a split second. Perhaps this represents an intermediate step in developing a mind's eye naturally, or perhaps is a product of a major reconstruction occurring in a realm connected directly to my thought process.
This original thought that lingered certainly struck me as being similar to Jesus' words in Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened."
The notable change here is that the message conveyed by this thought involved a timeless perspective as well, and this tense/scope difference stood out as obvious in memory when I went to write it. It is as if each line in the thought I woke with is part command and part result, but rather than the results being "accomplished" when the command is completed, like the traditional cause/effect I am used to, it was more like the outcome's already completed existence was revealed upon the command's completion. Essentially once one sought, they found that what was sought to be accomplished had been accomplished "in the beginning," as early as possible from a time bound perspective, and in a fundamental way along with all other direct products of The Word in Creation from a timeless perspective- it is here that these perspectives can define precession in the same way. I am now realizing, though, that even locating the juncture where these things occur (junctures of novel transaction/communication, essentially) has merit, in terms of forging a path that is more kind and direct in the taking than was available in the forging. This would be establishing a path from a time bound perspective, and having it reflect in the stars and/or shine in the darkness from a timeless perspective. It does seem like this would require a changing of "age," or perhaps a new generation, in that it feels like it would require a reset for the image to be transferred from time bound to timeless (a synchronization of perspective again, perhaps "in the end"). I can imagine this reset being done quite smoothly though, and likely having already been accomplished, given Jesus' words in Luke 17:20-21
Jesus replied, “The coming of the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed, nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is in your midst.”
As I'm reading this again I'm noticing that Jesus says the kingdom of God is not something that can be observed. With the importance of observation in quantum mechanics, and its existence suggesting dimensions outside of the observable universe from our perspective, and my theory that Jesus often used and/or influenced language timelessly, to the point where such modern linguistic parallels are valid and important, I feel as though Jesus was indicating something technical about the kingdom of God in terms of its location from a human perspective. The realization about the location of the kingdom of God happens after the observer is already linked to it, but this does not certainly mean that the observer was always linked in this way to the kingdom of God, only that they are linked by/before the time they realize that it is in their/one's midst. This is ringing true for me as I write it, as I reflect on the unusual happenings in my environment this year. This state's persistence though does make me wonder: How does one make this leap to realization, or perhaps how is one welcomed in full to the realm that they are already a part of?
