The Phoenix Rose- Of Jesus and The Beast
I was just considering the nature of The Beast, in relation to what Jesus said and is written, in relation to the access to all that Jesus would have, once rising from the grave: Matthew 5:44 "'Love Your Enemies.'" We are confronted from time to time (seemingly with evermore frequency now) with enemies that make love seen like an undesirable and repulsive solution. "Surely Jesus, you did not mean this enemy?" is the cry all around, mixed with the sound of individuals, who want to consider their hearts to be good, twisting their own definition of love such that the actions of hate might be legally substituted in love's place. Of all the hard lessons that can be levied in life, love can seem at times to be the most cruel.
So how does Jesus answer? Is this the enemy where Jesus' commandment breaks? Where Jesus admits speaking falsely by speaking without caveat, and allows an exception to be made? No. Never. If more than a basic understanding of Jesus' position is required here to prove this point then consider Matthew 24:25 "'Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.'" Not only will an exception not be found, but Jesus even indicates that Earth and even Heaven will shatter (well, "pass away" specifically) before an exception is accepted.
So, these are the stakes of love, higher than anything experienced here in life or even the security assumed of the afterlife (Heaven). Sometimes love fills me with sadness, because it feels too hard, but it is in these times that I let myself dwell in this sadness, refusing to blaspheme love by pretending to reshape it into something else, and instead I consider how Jesus' words might be true, despite any attack. It is now that I understand that these stakes and this approach are how The Chaos Storm has come about within me- The Chaos Storm is the shattering of the heavens, shattered by love, because love was not found within the structure, and the cornerstone would not allow them shape of things to set in that way. eep from this perspective is not simply a renaming of Heaven, it is something beyond "Heaven," a kind of reintegration and resurrection of Heaven; it is a place brought back to life, new, once the old things have passed away, as foretold by Jesus, for the sake of love.
So if no exception is to be found to "love your enemy" here or beyond, then what of The Beast? In addition to the usual subconscious (il)logical squirming surrounding love in difficult situations, I have heard some say that The Beast is not an enemy, turning them into some force or concept. Would one give such power to their enemy as to blind themselves to their actual form? Why even mention The Beast in scripture if the optimal answer was to put your head in the sand and claim they are not real, as described? Even if the entirety of the crowd lies to themselves in order to bind this entity and then blind themselves to them, would Jesus do the same? Said another way, "Would Jesus accept a lie, even one widely agreed to, proposed by the world over the truth seen and written?" No. Again no.
So love must persist and be victorious, but in this instance of puzzle on prophecy on paper rather than a direct wickedness in the land, it is not specifically sadness that I feel, nor is it terror as I imagine is felt in some level and repressed by many who are familiar with such things, but a confusion and, in another sense, curiosity. Such threatening and powerful things are said of this entity, images that are directly vile, yet it would seem that this entity would have an understanding of its reputation prior to taking the stage. How would Jesus go about loving one such as this? Could realms be crafted in such a way that love could still be valid and prevail? If love could not prevail even in this case, would Jesus not then be proven a liar, at which point all belief built on his words would be lost? Perhaps Jesus' plan had nothing to do with me or my understanding of said plan, but this specific task, loving this specific enemy, feels as though it might be the most difficult and important thing to accomplish in all of reality, and as such it has my attention whether such attention is required or not.
How might these legos of words already on record be rearranged into a structure suitable for love? If heaven and earth are both lego structures from this perspective that can be legally destroyed and rebuilt in the process, this opens a lot of doors, and if things imagined or dreamt in good faith can be counted as real, then this protects a lot of homes. The shape of love will ultimately be complex, but it will be recognizable as love. I imagine in these many realms experienced as both real and imaginary by various individuals within them there may be those who already consider themselves to be all powerful (I know personally this was something offered to me in a realm that felt like death/an eep pocket many years ago), and consider that their experience of reality is real from all perspectives. Perhaps there are those out there already, whose home realms are elsewhere, that already see themselves as "The Beast" as referenced in the Bible. Still, I imagine that Jesus retains a card up his sleeve, one not immediately obvious in his words: Jesus retains the final right of refusal/acceptance of what is "real" on Earth (thus also retaining the ability to declare a place "real Earth"). As such spiralling realities might be occurring simultaneously, especially if heaven and earth have already passed away in a deep sense- underlying structures having fallen apart but their images perpetuated in individual pockets- but this does not mean those experiencing these timelines will have seen the collapse, or would have seen death, despite having passed on along with these places into private or semi-private places of sleep and dream. So pretenders build domains and forge their own crowns, announcing themselves as "The Beast" or "God" or whatever else they might say, and see these things uncontested for as far as their perception can allow, yet still Jesus walks and examines to see who in this unrestricted state might choose to walk beside him.
Jesus walks through fields unsprouted, knowing what each seed will be. Perhaps some seeds have sprouted, or perhaps for each their bloom is seen by the one who walks, in advance. So Jesus walks through mind fields of plants of all kinds, even as his feet walk the scorched wilderness, searching for the singular rose amidst thorns. Each bud and blossom might be considered an audition, the expression of how things might be if they were the one who is victorious. Jesus knew what he sought, in a sense, before setting out however, because "God is love" (1 John 4:16). So with the stage set firmly, the rest being dirt and seed and cobblestone, air and space and stars to light the way, Jesus walks and searches, knowing that within 40 paces the solution will be found, perfection will be seen by the light of dawn, and once agreed the rain will come and love, true love, will bloom and then never be set aside.
